Between our team of music teachers and your family, personal schedules can vary. To best serve everyone, all lessons are scheduled by appointment.

We believe in flexibility! There's no contract required, but we do have a waiting list for new students.

If you need to cancel enrollment, please provide at least 2 weeks' notice before the 1st of the month in writing to influencemusicstudio@gmail.com or text 484-380-5853. This will help avoid any charges for the upcoming month.

Influence Music Studio has a 24-hour cancellation policy, meaning if you cancel within 24 hours of your lesson, we will make up your lesson!

• To cancel a music lesson, please text your music teacher.

• Make up lessons must be fulfilled within 60 days of the initially scheduled lesson. It is the student’s responsibility to schedule the makeup lesson.

• Lessons that are not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be forfeited.

• In the event of a snow day or inclement weather, scheduled lessons are held online. Please see full details under ‘Snow Days & Summer Policies’

To keep your spot and avoid being removed, we kindly ask that students remain enrolled consistently, even during show seasons. If you need to take a break, we can pause lessons for up to one month with at least 2 weeks' notice.

After that, we may need to un-enroll the student and offer the spot to someone on our waiting list. Don't worry – we’ll help you find a time or even an online option during busier seasons!

In the case of snowfall or if driving conditions are bad, we ask that all students attend class online (as long as the teacher is available).

We understand some of you may prefer in-person lessons, but switching to online helps us avoid the challenge of scheduling make-up lessons, especially with our already full studio. Safety first, but we’ll work with you to make sure you don’t miss out!

We know summer is a time for travel and relaxation! If you plan to take time off during the summer, we can offer a 1-month pause, just like in the winter.

No worries, though – if you’re looking to stay on track, we can work with you to schedule lessons around your travels or even double up on classes during certain weeks to make sure you get the time you need!

Payments are due on the 1st of each month.

If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll reach out to arrange an alternative payment method. Lessons will be paused until payment is reinstated. If payment isn’t received within 2 weeks, the student will be unenrolled.

• All payments are automated using recurring Credit Card billing.

Influence Music Studio does not currently offer refunds, credits or discounts once tuition is paid for our private music lessons.

Contracts for private music lessons at Influence Music Studio can vary from a specific length or date range to on-going and long-term, depending on the goals and progress of the student!

An agreeable termination must be confirmed before the 25th day of the month to avoid the automated charge for the following month.

Late terminations will be refunded, but are subject to a $25 termination fee.
